I am a Kutztown University graduate with a Bachelors in Communication Design. From a young age I was drawn to visual arts and they have remained part of my life in one form or another. Though I consider myself a commercial graphic designer I still enjoy creating fine art pieces with photography being my favorite medium. While continuing to hone my craft as a designer for print I became interested in web design and development along with interactive media. When I'm not designing I enjoy biking, playing guitar, traveling and real estate investing.

My love for graphic design stems from my passion to create while solving problems. Being able to see something that starts as just an idea or a sketch and turning that into a full functional work of art is the best part of my job. Admiring designers such as Paul Rand has given me motivation and inspiration to pursue my dreams of becoming a designer and taking it to the next level. While working in marketing for a manufacturer, I was in search of a marketing company that could help me with a new product line. I was fortunate enough to find Allen & Goel. Impressed with their professionalism, customer service and dedication to the success of our new product line, I decided to join their team.

After working for Allen & Goel Marketing Company for over 3 years I’m now a Promotional Products Specialist and loving every minute. It’s great to work for an organization with the same old fashioned work ethic as our fathers and grandfathers.

Hi! My Name is Rhonda Keller; my position is Vendor Relations/Promotional Product Specialist. I work close with our vendors negotiating terms, establishing relationships and seeking out the best products for our clients. I also spend time researching the latest in promotional product trends so that our clients always know what’s 'New and Exciting' in our industry.

I started my career in April 2006 as an intern, back then there were only six of us. I majored in Graphic Communications in college, minored in E-Commerce. I also spent 3 years learning Commercial Art and Design. When I landed an opportunity to work for Allen & Goel Marketing Company, I found my dream profession. Some of the things I enjoy are, spending time with my family, and good John Saul Novel.

At a young age I began volunteering at an elderly community in the Physical Therapy department with my grandfather. As a senior in high school, I worked at Flextron Industries, a manufacturing company specializing in military containers and packaging. I enjoy listening to music and would like to travel.

As the Accounting Manager at Allen & Goel Marketing Company, I oversee all accounting functions. We work in a team environment where even accounting assists with small marketing related projects giving us all the opportunity to better understand departmental functions and how processes are related. I bring over 10 years of experience in the areas of general accounting, purchasing and marketing, and education. Experience, curiosity, and exposure to a variety business industries ACCELERATES when working at a growing company like ours that highly values its business relationships. Graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Outside of work, I generally enjoy everything outside and in all four seasons! I also have a passion for cooking healthy, top secret creations (recipes and measuring don’t exist in my mind), furthering German language communications and travel when possible.

I am a Hussian School of Art graduate with a degree in design. I started my love for design and art at an early age. Trying to redraw the cartoons from the tv is my earliest memory. Growing up in San Antonio, Tx there was a lot of bright murals filled with colorful movement. This helped my curiosity in art and design. I have always started off with paper and pencil with my designs. I think everything in everyday life could be used for an inspiration for design. One of my favorite quotes comes Frederic W. Goudy, "The perfect type would be completely invisible."
